Tashkeel

Founded in Dubai in 2008 by Sheikha Lateefa bint Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Tashkeel is a leading art and design centre dedicated to supporting creative practice in the UAE. Through exhibitions, residencies, workshops, talks and professional development programmes, it provides artists and designers with spaces to experiment, produce and develop their work. Tashkeel also operates specialist studios and facilities and runs initiatives including Tanween and Critical Practice.
