L'Ambassade X Perrotin

L’Ambassade has just opened in Dubai, bringing French design back to the forefront of the city’s design scene. Located on Al Wasl, L’Ambassade is a new design gallery dedicated to French savoir-faire, high-end furniture and exceptional design pieces. For its first chapter, the tone is already set: in collaboration with Perrotin Dubai the gallery brings contemporary art into conversation with French design. Works by Takashi Murakami, Daniel Arsham, Jean-Michel Othoniel and JR meet pieces by Jérôme Bugara Éditions and Bismut & Bismut Architectes. But L’Ambassade is not meant to be a static gallery. The space will evolve with new collaborations, a café and a materials library, creating a real meeting point for art, design, interiors and French craftsmanship in Dubai. Freshly opened and definitely one to watch closely.
