About Terminal 1, Old Abu Dhabi Airport
Designed by French architect Paul Andreu and opened in 1982, the former Terminal 1 of Abu Dhabi’s old airport is one of the capital’s most distinctive modernist landmarks. Decommissioned after the opening of Terminal A, the building is now being reactivated for cultural events and exhibitions.
