About this Event

NOMAD Abu Dhabi returns to the former Terminal 1 for its second edition, bringing together collectible design, contemporary art, galleries, institutions and site-specific commissions within one of Abu Dhabi’s most distinctive modernist buildings.

NOMAD is deliberately different from a conventional fair: each edition is built around an exceptional architectural setting, with the venue becoming part of the experience. For its second Abu Dhabi edition, the programme expands with major international galleries including Nilufar, Carpenters Workshop Gallery, Galerie Gastou, Galerie BSL, Rossana Orlandi and Gallery FUMI, alongside UAE-based initiatives and new commissions. A key highlight is a new collaboration between the Institut du Monde Arabe and House of Artisans, featuring a site-specific installation by Abdel Al Tayeb created with Emirati master artisans.
