Al Nayed

Al Nayed is a major retrospective dedicated to Emirati artist Abdulqader Al Rais, spanning more than five decades of practice. The exhibition traces the evolution of one of the UAE’s defining artistic figures through five key bodies of work: Alghaf, Calligraphy (Hurufiyya), Impressionism, Alhaa and Abstract. Bringing together rare works from the artist’s private collection alongside newly produced and previously unseen pieces, the show explores Emirati heritage, architecture, landscape, Arabic calligraphy and abstraction.
