Reimagined

Reimagined presents Oussama Diab’s contemporary reinterpretations of major works from Western art history. Rather than reproducing canonical masterpieces, Diab transforms familiar compositions by artists including Pablo Picasso, Vincent van Gogh, Michelangelo and Anthony van Dyck through a visual language shaped by displacement, conflict, resilience and memory. Highlights include two reinterpretations of Picasso’s Guernica, La Coiffure, works inspired by Van Gogh’s sunflowers, and new readings of paintings by Van Dyck.
