About this Exhibition
What We Carry Becomes the Terrain brings together paintings, screen prints, drawings and textile works by French UAE-based artist Bénédicte Gimonnet. Following a return to Peru, the exhibition explores belonging, cultural inheritance and memory through rainforest imagery, architecture and textiles sourced from Peru, France and the UAE, including traditional Emirati Talli embroidery.
